A first year of English for Class 1 on the Kerala state syllabus, following Honeybees — the SCERT reader — unit by unit, including every Read and Rejoice story. Each piece is taught over three very short days of about seven minutes: what it is about, one thing to learn, two examples, lines to read aloud, and a small sheet marked at once. Meant to be done sitting beside a grown-up, and meant to go alongside the Beehive activity book, not instead of it. 33 daily sessions of 10–15 minutes.

Every third day is a recall day, and it deliberately asks about lessons from one, three and seven units ago rather than the one just finished. Getting those wrong is the point — a thing you have to reach for is a thing you still have in March.
